What we need
cashew crème
1–2
filling

nuts, berries, chocolate...
For decoration (optional)
transparent cups
Glass or plastic
Pastry (piping) bags
One for each crème/filling
Step-by-step Instructions

Choose 1–2 crèmes

Or swap one crème for a filling

Pour each crème/filling into a separate pastry bag

Cut a small tip off the pastry bag

Lightly push the bag tip against the side of your cup

Gently squeeze the bag to spread your crème/filling

Hold the bag stationary, rotate the cup

First fill around the edges, then fill the center

If using a filling, pour it first – about 1 cm high

Keep alternating layers

You may add nuts, berries, crushed chocolate between layers

Don't fill your cups to the top, leave some room for expansion

When full, cover the cups with lids or cling wrap

Leave in the freezer for 5–6 hours or overnight to settle

Transfer to the fridge to defrost for 2–3 hours
