Chocolate Coating
Step-by-step Instructions

Take the bars out of the freezer
2
Remove bars from mould
3
Leave to rest for 5–7 minutes at room temperature
4
Drop the bar one-by-one into a bowl of melted chocolate
5
Give it a turn in the bowl
6
Shake off excess chocolate
7
Place coated bars on a silicone mat
8
Decorate with dried berries, nuts etc.
9
Put the bars in the fridge for 2–3 hours until fully defrosted
10
Leave room for dessert!
